About The Event

Join us for a special screening of Right to Fight, by Georgina Cammalleri, a powerful documentary that chronicles the rise of women’s boxing and the trailblazing fighters who took on a sexist system and won. Through rare archival footage and raw, unfiltered storytelling, witness how boxers like Marian “Lady Tiger” Trimiar, Cathy “Cat” Davis, and Pat “Liberation” Pineda broke barriers and changed the game forever.

WHEN: Friday, August 15th at 7:30PM

WHERE: EMMEDIA Gallery & Production Society, 2005 10 Ave SW, Calgary, AB, T3C 0K4

Stick around after the screening for a Q&A with the film's director, Georgina Cammalleri!
