You Can Look But You Can't Touch | Mohammad Rezaei | April 6 to May 24, 2012

You Can Look But You Canʼt Touch examines the current conventions of the art world and the traditional “white cube” gallery. Creating a space that works both as an artist studio and exhibition space, Rezaei will put his constructed “painting machine” to work producing a series of oil paintings throughout the course of the exhibition; a commentary on the lack of contact between the art and artist as well as the portrayal of an intangible artist in the studio.
