Lewis & Taggart are a pair of Canadian artists, Andrew Taggart and Chloe Lewis , who have been working together since 2006. Their work combines incongruous narrative elements as a continuous homage to the theatrics of the human condition. Sculptural in nature, the systems they create also rely upon photography, drawing
and multimedia to produce new forms of storytelling.

Chloe Lewis holds a BFA in photography from The Emily Carr Institute of Art and Design, Vancouver and a BA in Media Arts from Ryerson University, Toronto. Andrew Taggart holds a BFA in sculpture from Concordia University, Montreal. As a duo Lewis & Taggart are currently finishing a collaborative MA at the National Academy of the Arts in Bergen, Norway where they also teach courses in drawing, sculpture and web design.

Recent exhibitions include An Elaborated System of Human Longing, Hordaland Kunstsenter, Norway; X International, Gallery Luis Adelantado, Spain; and Fickle Hearts Grow Greener, LES Gallery, Canada. They are also regular contributors to Front Contemporary Art and Ideas, published by the Western Front, Vancouver.
